Professor Edwards requires you to write 4 short opinion papers that require you to find evidence that supports your opinion
It's always wise to collect more than what you think you will need. This is especially true if you have to rely on interlibrary loan (borrowing from other libraries) and don't have the book or full text article to consult immediately.
The information on this guide will help you to discover different types of resources. Please ask your instructor or one of our librarians for help if you have difficulty using the sources or you just don't know what else to try! We'd be very happy to work with you to discover the sources you need!
Did you know that Dugan Library has a special media viewing room specially designed for students to view videos, DVDs and other programs in small groups???
The room is equipped with several armchairs, small tables, a large TV, VCR, DVD player and is connected to local cable. There is room for 4-6 people to view the TV comfortably, a few more might be able to squeeze in, not quire so comfortably!
You can make a reservation in advance or stop by to see if it is available at the circulation desk right inside the library entrance. If the room is available, the student worker will escort you to the media viewing room to grant you access. Once you are done using the room, clean up any trash, straighten any re-arranged furniture and simply close the door behind you (it should re-lock on it's own).
